About this event:

Join us for the Third installment of our 3-part Pilates, Perk & Plunge Sweat Series!

‍

You'll work up a sweat in an early morning 45-min Pilates Fusion class at Radio Coffee East led by TruFusion, followed by an Ice Bath Cold Plunge to cool down.

‍

Arrive early for a complimentary cup of coffee. After class, enjoy more coffee, Radio East discounts, Siete Chips, and mini massages from all good things wellness.

‍

Added Bonus: You'll get exclusive access to sign up for TruFusion's $99 for 30 days intro offer, with an additional $10 off your second month.

‍

Please arrive no later than 7:45 am to sign our waiver and get settled on your mat space. Class will begin promptly at 8:00 am. No exceptions for late arrivals.

  • Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle
  • Sweat towel
  • Towel/Change of clothes for after cold plunge.
